Flag-Raising Marks 20th Anniversary of Ukraine Freedom

The blue and yellow Ukrainian flag was raised in Ottawa on Aug. 24 and now flies proudly on the grounds of Ottawa City Hall. It celebrates the 20th anniversary of Ukraine independence from the Soviet Union, something that was very difficult to achieve.
